OK, I seem to be a little obsessed and can't stop creating hot cocoa bombs. It can appear a little daunting at first. You have to buy a mold and make a chocolate sphere and that seems like fancy chocolate shop work. Fortunately, it's really easy. And once you make your first batch, you'll find yourself wanting to make more.

Kiwi Banana Smoothie and My New Kiwi Love
It's no secret that I love summer fruit and I always have a nice selection on hand. But I have to admit that the little kiwifruit is not usually one of them. Oh, I like the taste and always enjoy them when they're served to me on a fruit platter somewhere, but the idea of peeling those furry skins just doesn't appeal to me. So, did you know that you can just scoop out the flesh without peeling them? Neither did I.

Fruity Iced Tea Lemonade
This shop is part
of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media
Group® and Lipton, but all my opinions are my own. #bemoretea #pmedia http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV
When I think of cooling, refreshing summer drinks I think of iced tea and lemonade. OK, I also think of frozen daiquiris but we'll discuss that another time. Rum aside, there are usually beverage pitchers in my refrigerator, in various stages of steeping and cooling, so that I can have my favorite drinks handy. As for the Keurig brewer, I've never paid it much attention since I'm not the coffee drinker in this house. That is, until I recently discovered that Lipton makes K-Cups of iced tea for the Keurig. Um...what?

Mango Berry Blast Smoothie
This shop is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Nestle, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #BreakfastEssentials http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV
People sometimes ask me if I'm a morning person or a night person? Actually, I'm a busy person. That means late to bed and early to rise so that, by the time the weekend comes, I'm a sleepy person. During the week, though, I have no trouble getting up reasonably early and getting stuff done. The trouble is that early is never early enough and there's always more stuff.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
I know many people like their smoothies for breakfast but, in the mornings, I'm a quick bowl of high fiber cereal kind of person. The afternoons, though, are my ideal time for this treat because it gives me natural energy and keeps me full till dinner. Oh, and it's completely delicious...and skinny as well!

Continuing our month long obsession with all things peach, today we present this rich, creamy, velvety, decadent...oh, wait...it only tastes like it's those things. In reality, it's skinny, healthy and amazingly refreshing. Made with fresh fruit, fat free yogurt and low fat milk, this smoothie is a serious energy boost and vitamin powerhouse.

Mango Lassi Milkshake
I am a latecomer to the world of mangoes and I don't really know why. I'm not a picky eater and am willing to try many new things. But somehow this big, oval shaped fruit escaped me. It was at our anniversary dinner back in June that I tasted my first mango cocktail and was delighted. When I recreated the recipe at home, I was hooked. I'd always heard the term mango lassi but never knew or paid attention to what it was. But with my new found interest in mangoes, I was now off to explore this odd sounding dish.
